The Show Must Go On!
We missed you all last year, and after careful consideration, The Kit Worthington Foundation For The Arts will be hosting a different type of Fundraiser this year on Saturday, May 15th in the Bistro 45 Courtyard. This Fundraiser will look a lot different than past years due to continued Covid concerns and protocols.
Here’s the Scoop:
Location: Bistro 45 Courtyard
What: Three separate wine tastings throughout the day, with three distinct time-slots, with no more than 50 reservations taken for each wine tasting.
Times: Choose your time slot: 12:00 Noon to 1:30pm; 2:00pm to 3:30pm; and 4:00pm to 5:30pm. The 30 minutes in between tastings will be used to clean and sanitize tables/chairs prior to the next seating.
Cost: $25 per person Must Be Reserved And Paid In Advance. Ticket price includes 5 wines to taste, appetizers for the table, live music, and a GIG wine glass to take home with you, plus special pricing on wines to purchase.
What to Expect: Bistro 45 will be closed to the public that day. Only those with pre-paid tickets will be allowed in for this special private seated event. You must choose One of the three time slots to attend, and reserve and pre-pay for your chosen time. Seating will be outdoors with restaurant heaters. The event will go on rain or shine, but should weather be unusually inclement, seating options will be made available indoors or under the covered patio.
Instead of a silent auction this year, there will be multiple high-end raffle items to choose from. Raffle tickets can be purchased at the event. You will also be able to choose your table size (2-top, 4-top, 6-top, 10-top, etc., depending upon your comfort level).
Come join us for this Annual Kick-Off To Summer with a Twist!
