  • Details: Ticket price includes 5 wines to taste, appetizers and Stacey Cakes treats, live music, and a GIG wine glass to take home with you, plus special pricing on wines for purchase.

The GIG Announces Grant Opportunities for Students

The GIG (Kit Worthington Foundation for the Arts) is a non-profit foundation created to help student musicians, artists, and playwrights aspire to their dreams through education, inspiration, and opportunity by way of scholarship funds.

We will help in strengthening and connecting the local community to the arts through events, programs, and scholarships. We will help financially assist budding enthusiasts to advance in their artistic endeavors.

The McCall, Idaho based Kit Worthington Foundation for the Arts (the GIG) invites grant requests from students from McCall, Donnelly, Cascade and New Meadows, Idaho.

The mission of the foundation is to help young students achieve their dreams through education, inspiration and opportunity.

The foundation strengthens and connects the local community to the arts through events, programs and scholarships. Grants will be awarded to individuals and nonprofit organizations that are interested in pursuing their artistic goals and contributing to a vibrant local arts community.

Funds to support the Kit Worthington Foundation’s grant making program are raised through the annual “GIG” wine tasting and silent auction held May 15th each spring and through other GIG activities.
